Apologies to all my beloved readers
I meant to be better about updating my blog ,
but I'm afraid I've been a bit ill.
Nothing too serious--
I don't want any dog out there to fret.
Just some allergies, stomach trouble,
heat exhaustion and eye infection.

I guess you could say the spirit is willing
but the fur is weak.

Mom has been force feeding me medicine
(with a little steak to make it palatable)
So, I'm sure I will be up and about again very soon

Just when I think I'm free to blog...
Something pulls me back down.

Licks to all,

Poor Banba,
We hope you feel better very soon. What medicine are you taking? We're good about taking pills. Mama just puts them on our tongue way in back & closes our mouth, then she rubs on our neck under our jaw & we swallow. Snickers is on thyroid hormones now & she takes the pills twice per day with no trouble. Write when you feel better!!
Luv & Wirey Hugs!

That sounds horrible, Banba. I hope you feel better soon. (If you come over to our forest any time, can you save us some or that steak? Our mom never ever gives us steak, she's so mean!)

The Dona Nobis Pacem (Peaceglobe) Day has really caught the imagination of some blogging dogs. Up until now, the Catosphere has dominated, but Mimi, founder of the Blogblast for Peace (yes, it really does have that many names!) has sent out a plea for more peace-loving dogs to join:

(If you do 'Wordless Wednesday' a Peaceglobe would be fantastic! *lick*)

We thought we might come and join you chasing squirrels now yous feeling a bit better... we like chasing squirrels!

Come and see us in the forest any time to catch some fresh air! We likes running with other woofies (but don't be worried if we're a bit bouncy, we aren't used to running with others... it's normally just the two of us...)

Oh Banda,

I am sorry to hear that you were so sick. That's terrible, but at least you look confortable and you received excellent care from your Mom.

I also want to thank you for voting for me. I appreciate every vote I get and I am glad that you took the time to do that for me.

Good luck with your allergies, stomach trouble, heat exhaustion, and eye infection.

Lots of Koobuss Kisses,
